It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't received any word on my package. I've contacted them and they havent responded in over 5 days. There's no excuse for this lack of oversight. Ill give it another week but if I don't hear news soon I'll have to report them to Shopify as well as to the bank in fear of my credit card information being pulled
